3. Custom Development Services

For custom development projects and services:

  • Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete work, calculated based on milestones completed
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing with at least 48 hours notice

4. Subscription Services

For recurring subscription services:

  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
