The Approach & Solution
The design strategy emphasizes the surf lifestyle with ocean-inspired blue-to-cyan gradients in headers while maintaining excellent readability with light gray and white backgrounds for content areas.
The UI employs a card-based design system with colorful pill-shaped tags for categorization (cyan for moods, teal for wave conditions, coral for ratings). The statistics dashboard uses a clean donut chart visualization to make data engaging and accessible at a glance.
